This policy explains what longtermcareinvoice.com collects. Short version: the invoice check runs in your browser and we never receive what you type into it.
Names, policy numbers, dates, care details, and amounts you enter into the check are processed only on your device. They are not sent to us or stored by us. Closing the page clears them.
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and nothing else. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and basic traffic counts. If we run search ads, Google may record that a visitor arrived from an ad and whether they joined the waitlist. We do not send the contents of the invoice check, or which insurer you chose, to any advertiser.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use social media tracking pixels. We do not use health information for advertising.
We do not collect consumer health data through the invoice check. If a future paid service needs health information to work, it will ask for your express consent first, explain exactly what it collects and why, and have its own privacy notice.
We email waitlist members about the Service. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address.
Email hello@longtermcareinvoice.com to see, correct, or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist. We respond within 30 days.
We keep waitlist emails until you leave the list or we close the waitlist, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
