Terms of Use

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of longtermcareinvoice.com and its free invoice check (the "Service"). The Service is run by MALB Visionary Marketing LLC, doing business as LongTermCareInvoice.com ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.

What the Service is

The Service is a paperwork tool. It compares the information you enter against requirements that insurers publish, points out items that appear to be missing or inconsistent, and formats an invoice and a cover email you can use. It shows where each insurer says to send invoices.

What the Service is not

We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, broker, public adjuster, insurance consultant, or law firm, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurer named on this site. Insurer names are used only to identify their published claim rules. We do not interpret your policy, tell you what benefits you are entitled to, give legal, tax, or insurance advice, or negotiate with any insurer. The Service is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. If a claim is denied or disputed, contact your state's department of insurance, an elder law attorney, or another licensed professional.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and everything you send to an insurer, for having the authority to act for the insured person, and for following the instructions in your own policy and claim approval letter, which override anything general on this site. You decide whether, when, and how to submit anything.

No guarantee

Insurers decide whether and when to pay. Insurer rules change, and published rules may be incomplete. We check our information against insurers' own pages, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate, and we do not guarantee any payment, timeline, or outcome. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any delayed, reduced, or denied insurance payment. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to submit false information to an insurer, to act for someone without authority, or to interfere with the site.

Paid services

Any paid service will have its own written agreement, shown and accepted before you pay. Joining a waitlist does not create a paid relationship.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from any third-party claim arising from information you submitted or your misuse of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@longtermcareinvoice.com.
