LongTermCareInvoice.comIN GOOD ORDER

They paid for this. So why are you the one fronting the caregiver?

The insurer pays when the invoice is in good order, and every insurer defines that differently. Run this month's long-term care invoice through the check below before you send it. You get a clean, typed invoice and the exact address it goes to. Free. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Or stop doing this every month.

    1. Forward the caregiver's invoice, a photo of the timesheet, or the facility statement to your private claims address.
    2. We read it, run it against your insurer's rules, and send you anything that's missing before it goes out.
    3. You approve with one tap. We send it the way your insurer accepts it (email, fax, or upload) and keep the receipt.
    4. If payment hasn't posted when the insurer's own deadline passes, you get a ready-to-send follow-up letter.

One claim, every month, every insurer on this page. A single month of home care often runs $5,000 or more. A late month costs more than a year of this.

No card now. We'll email you when your insurer is live. Autopilot will not be offered in Florida at launch.

    Questions

Does anything I type here get sent anywhere?

No. The checker runs entirely in your browser. Close the tab and it's gone. Autopilot, when you join it, is a separate account you choose to create.

Where do these rules come from?

From each insurer's own claims pages and invoice forms, linked in the "send it to" box. Policies differ, and your claim approval letter overrides anything general. When a rule is marked "confirm by phone," the insurer hasn't published it clearly and you should call the number shown.

Are you an insurance company or a law firm?

Neither. We don't sell insurance, interpret your policy, give legal advice, or negotiate with your insurer. We check paperwork against what your insurer publishes so you can send it complete the first time. If a claim is denied or disputed, your state's department of insurance or an elder law attorney is the right call.

My policy doesn't ask for monthly bills.

Some policies pay a set amount once you qualify (Nationwide CareMatters, for example, says it doesn't require monthly bills after approval). If yours works that way, you won't need the monthly checker, but recertification reminders still matter.
